Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions. By completing the transaction, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and that you will notify others as required. You declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions by accepting, holding, or using a Season Pass. NSFC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon being posted on the official website.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions, NSFC may cancel your Season Pass purchase, terminate its usage, prohibit future use, take legal action, or take any other action deemed appropriate.

The following terminology shall have the following meanings in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context necessitates otherwise:

INTERPRETATION

1.1 ‘Event’ refers to the time period covered by a single ticket, which includes all home league and cup matches, as well as any other relevant activity related to the game for which the pass was purchased.

1.2. “Force Majeure” refers to any event beyond NSFC’s control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, insurgency, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lockout, weather, third-party injunction, national defence requirements, public health emergency, and national or local government acts or regulations.

GENERAL TERMS

Negeri Sembilan Football Club Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned company of Negeri Sembilan Football Association (NSFA).

SEASON PASS

At its sole discretion, the Club has the right to deny Season Passes and applications.

USE OF SEASON PASS

4.1 The Season Pass allows the holder to attend all home league matches at Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium for the 2025/2026 season. This is subject to change due to COVID-19 or other regulatory restrictions.

4.2 Only the bearer of a Season Pass will be admitted.

4.3 Season Passes are valid until May 30, 2026.

4.4 Season Passes are subject to the full conditions of issuance, as well as the laws and regulations of FIFA, AFC, the Football Association of Malaysia, and the Malaysian Football League Ground Regulations for the relevant tournament.

4.5 Season Passes are exclusively available to Club supporters. By applying for or using a Season Pass, you declare and confirm that you are a supporter of the Club.

4.6 Season Passes are non-transferable and remain the property of the Club.

SAFEKEEPING OF THE CARD

5.1. The Season Pass physical card will be provided for free. We may charge a fee of RM20 for a replacement Season Pass (for physical card, not on match days).

5.2. You shall immediately notify us in the event that your card issued under your membership is lost, stolen or damaged. We shall be entitled to take safety measures (including without limitation suspending your membership) upon being notified of such incident.

5.3 You shall be responsible for the safekeeping of your Season Pass. We shall not be made liable or responsible for any and all liabilities, losses and/or damages that may be incurred and/or suffered by you as a result of you failing to keep safe your Season Pass.
