NSFC ONLINE STORE DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. As of now, all deliveries are only within Malaysia.  Street names and postcode must be correct and accurate.
  2. NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
  3. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up. Please refer to the given delivery tracking number for reference.
  4. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed by the courier service and we are not liable for any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
  5. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
  6. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.

NO RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges as we have provided adequate information on the size list unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +6 011 564 74681 (Whatsapp only) with details of the product and the defect.
  2. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING CHARGES

  1. A standard shipping of RM9.00 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM12.00 for Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak for every transaction for local delivery unless otherwise stated.  * (the fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice).
  2. Every transaction will be charged RM1.75 for processing fee.
  3. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & processing charges.
  4. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

  1. Confirmed orders with payment proof will be processed within the three (3) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
  2. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
  • Peninsular Malaysia : 7 – 14 business working days.*
  • Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak : 7 – 14 business working days.*
    *subject to courier service’s changes.

SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVES PERIODS

  1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
  2. For festive seasons, please place your order 10 (ten) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
